Come check out a really fun and free chakra quiz on my Facebook page. It will let you know which of your chakras are balanced and which, if any, are out of whack, and entertain you at the same time. It’s an easy spin through the world of energy healing!
As you’ve probably heard me say many times before, chakras are the body’s energy centers. Knowing which are in great shape and which need some work is vitally important because chakras balancing is the key to a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
Here’s why: Each of the body’s seven major chakras (which start at the base of the spine and run to the top of the head) both receives energy from the outside world (to send to every cell in your body) and sends energy from your body out into the world. When the energy going out is balanced with the energy coming in, your chakras are balanced, as well. So keeping your chakras balanced keeps you healthy and makes you your own chakra healer.
That’s why I created this quiz game—I wanted to give you a really fun way to see where you’re doing great and where you may be a bit out of kilter so you can begin making powerful changes that will improve your health and your life.
When you open the quiz on my Facebook page, you’ll see that it starts with the root chakra—the very foundation of your physical existence, located at the base of your spine—and takes you right up your spine to your crown chakra—the seat of your connection to spirit, at the top of your head. So, buckle your seatbelt and get ready to take the quiz. You can also brag (or confess) to your friends with the results of each chakra. It’s that simple!
Get ready to have fun with this quiz because I had a really good time coming up with the questions. But what’s even more exciting to me is that with very little effort, you’ll be able to pinpoint areas in your life that need a little boost—and you’ll have the information you need to do the fine tuning now!
And a little fine-tuning can go a long way toward making you happy and healthy. That’s because each of your chakras not only corresponds to a different part of your body, but each also heavily influences a different aspect of your life. For example, the health of your heart chakra affects the health of your heart, breasts, lungs and your cardiovascular system, as well as your ability to give and receive love. So when you have that chakra in balance, you not only are more likely to have better health in that area of your body, but you will find that you will also have an easier time opening your heart to others and also feeling their love in return. The solar plexus chakra, on the other hand, manages the health of your stomach, kidneys, gall bladder, liver, and a few other major organs and systems in that region of the body. It also governs your self-esteem and your sense of will and purpose. So when that chakra is balanced and healthy, not only are you less likely to have digestive issues, diabetes or ulcers, for example, but you’re also more likely to sense your own worth and have a healthy self esteem. See how it works? I find the chakra system incredibly fascinating, and I know you will, too.
It’s easy to get one or more of your chakras out of balance. All it takes is an argument with your mother, getting a parking ticket, or even holding your tongue when you would rather have expressed how you really felt. Of course, big things like being in a car accident, having surgery, or having a close relative die can send your chakras even more out of whack.
No one can keep their chakras perfectly balanced all the time. The goal is simply to come as close as you can. But when you are lucky enough to hit the jackpot and get them all in great shape, you’ll not only be in super physical health but you’ll also feel more like you’re in the flow of life—things will happen more effortlessly and you’ll seem to be in the right place at the right time more often. Who wouldn’t want that?
So go play the chakra quiz game and be sure to send it to your friends. And feel free to return to the quiz in the future so you can check up on how you’re doing later. Every time you take it, you’ll learn something new about yourself. And you’ll find it easier to get balanced and stay balanced. See you on Facebook!
